Maggie Bouffard

Maggie Bouffard is originally from northern Virginia. Since coming to Chicago, Bouffard has performed and collaborated with various artists including Lisa Gonzales, Paige Cunningham Caldarella, and Pam McNeil. Bouffard has also danced two seasons with the Laboratory Dancers under the direction of Ally Subak and Emily Lukasewski. In the fall of 2011, Bouffard participated in a student cast that performed Continuous Replay with the Bill T Jones/Arnie Zane Dance Company at the Dance Center of Columbia College. Bouffard’s piece Deeply and Nicely Packed Away was performed at the American College Dance Festival in the spring of 2013. Bouffard has created sound scores for Lisa Gonzales and Peter Carpenter as well as worked in marketing and administration with Paige Cunningham Caldarella, Same Planet Different World Dance Theater, The Chicago Dance Improvisation Festival, Eye On India Arts Festival and the Dance Center of Columbia College. Maggie graduated with an BFA in Dance from Columbia College in December 2013.
